For quicker and more efficient processing of your quotation request, we recommend including the specific products and quantities you wish to purchase. Typically, we respond to inquiries within a few hours.

We offer several payment options for your convenience. You can make the payment through T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal, or cash. Additionally, we have a Hong Kong bank account that supports various currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, and more. Please let us know your preferred payment method, and we will provide you with the necessary details to proceed with the payment. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

We require buyers to make the full payment before the order is processed and shipped.

Of course, we frequently receive sample orders from new buyers. Please inform us about the products you are interested in and the quantity you would like to order as samples. Usually, our sales manager will send you photos of the products you are purchasing for your confirmation. Alternatively, you can also take photos of the products you need and send them to our sales team. Upon request, we can provide you with a proforma invoice detailing the total cost of the order, including shipping fees and any applicable taxes or charges.

Shipping

Usually, after you place an order, it will take 3-7 days to deliver the goods to your country. We will select the fastest and most efficient logistics service for you. If you have a Chinese freight forwarder, we can also deliver the goods to your designated freight forwarder in China. If not, we will choose a suitable freight forwarder for you. Our goal is to ensure that your goods are delivered promptly and efficiently.

We typically use express shipping services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx for our shipments. These are reliable and efficient courier companies that ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is received and verified, we will confirm your order and initiate the shipping process. 

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the status of your shipment. You will be responsible for clearing the goods through customs and receiving the delivery. If you have any questions or need assistance during the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. TAXES & DUTIES

All shipments must clear customs in the destination country. We don’t add taxes or hidden charges to your order. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. To know how much customs duty you need to pay:

  1. Check your country’s customs regulations and tariff rates on their official website.
  2. Determine the customs value of the goods (including product cost, shipping, and insurance).
  3. Calculate the customs duty by multiplying the customs value with the applicable tariff rate.
  4. Check for any exemptions or special trade agreements.

WARRANTY

All InScreenZone products come with a warranty period of 1 year. If you encounter any issues with the product during the warranty period, feel free to contact our sales representatives or email us at business@inscreenzone.com for return or exchange processing. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction. Thank you for choosing InScreenZone products.

(1) If the product is outside the warranty period.

(2) The warranty does not apply to products purchased from sources other than InScreenZone.

(3) Product damage resulting from improper operation, such as water damage, incorrect installation leading to flex cable impairment, screen damage, scratches, or bezel damage, is not covered by the warranty.

In case your product meets the warranty conditions, we will provide you with the address of our warehouse in Hong Kong. You will be required to send the merchandise back to Hong Kong, and we will process the return or exchange based on your request.

If you encounter any quality issues with the products you received, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of the problem to clearly show the issue.
  2. Contact InScreenZone to report the problem and request a return, refund, or replacement.
